Please note that the Terms are subject to change by Bameesh samar's apps in its sole discretion at any time. When changes are made, Bameesh samar's apps will update the Terms. Any changes will be effective immediately for new users of Bameesh samar's apps and will be effective thirty (30) days after posting of such changes for existing users.

Responsibility for Content

Before posting content, you must make sure that you have the permission to post that content from all copyright owners of the media.

By using this app, you agree to our Terms and that it is your legal responsibility to make sure that you have permission to post all media that you are reposting. You must directly contact and receive permission from all copyright owners of media before reposting. We will not be liable for any claims regarding copyright as you agree that it your responsibility to get permission to post all media that you post and that you will not post content without permission from copyright owners.

Attribution may be given with a watermark or caption tag and must be discussed with copyright owners beforehand. If any users are found to violate these terms, they may be banned from using the service. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with this app. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the app.

You warrant, represent and agree that you will not contribute any Content or otherwise use the Services in a manner that (i) infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or other rights of any third party; (ii) violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (iii) is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable; (iv) impersonates any person or entity, including without limitation any employee or representative of Company; (v) restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying the Services or Content; (vi) relate to products that are sexual or pornographic in nature, alcoholic products, tobacco products or other products that are unlawful in any manner; or (vii) contains a virus, trojan horse, worm, time bomb, or other harmful computer code, file, or program. We reserves the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content or if Company is concerned that you may have breached the immediately preceding sentence), or for no reason at all. You, not Company, remain solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise disseminate using, or in connection with, the Services, and you warrant that you possess all rights necessary to provide such content to Company and to grant Company the rights to use such information in connection with the Services and as otherwise provided herein.

Further you will only repost media to Instagram (and share it on no other services or platforms) as per the terms agreed upon by you and any copyright owners. If any residual media is obtained during the reposting process, it must be discarded after reposting, and must not be used for any other purpose.

You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Services. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the Services. You may not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any other user of the Services. Use of the Services to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material (including material that may be considered threatening or obscene), or engage in any kind of illegal activity is expressly prohibited. You will not run Maillist, Listserv, any form of auto-responder, or "spam" on the Services, or any processes that run or are activated while you are not logged on to the Website, or that otherwise interfere with the proper working of or place an unreasonable load on the Services' infrastructure. Further, the use of manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to "crawl," "scrape," or "spider" any page of the Website is strictly prohibited. You will not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services. You will be responsible for withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments associated with your activity in connection with the Services.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT, CONTRIBUTE, SHARE OR OTHERWISE CAUSE TO BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES, AND YOU, NOT THE COMPANY, HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH CONTENT, INCLUDING ITS LEGALITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY AND APPROPRIATENESS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR THE CONTENT OR ACCURACY OF ANY USER CONTRIBUTIONS PROVIDED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE REPOST+ FOR INSTAGRAM APP..

You acknowledge that all information, data, photos, videos, messages, emails, texts, music, sound, tags and/or other materials accessible through Bameesh samar's apps, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the party from whom such content originated.

User Conduct

As a condition of use, you agree not to use Bameesh samar's apps for any purpose that is prohibited by the Terms or by applicable law. You shall not (and shall not permit any third party) either (a) to take any action or (b) make available any content on or through the service that: (i) infringes or violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, contractual right, right of publicity or other right of any person or entity; (ii) violates any acceptable use or other information technology policy that may apply to your use of any computer system or network; (iii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, offensive, or profane; (iv) constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email; (v) involves commercial activities and/or sales without Bameesh samar's apps'S prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; (vi) impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Bameesh samar's apps; or (vii) is inappropriate in any other manner that Bameesh samar's apps determines in its sole, reasonable discretion.

Fees and Purchase Terms

All fees set forth within and paid by you under the Terms is for the Bameesh samar's apps service. In no ways are these fees paid for for the license, or the use of Bameesh samar's apps application. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All fees for the Services are non-refundable. Bameesh samar's apps collects payments through a limited number of payment provider. Your payment provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card or other payment method, and you must refer to that agreement and not the Terms to determine your rights and liabilities. Bameesh samar's apps reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods.

After your initial subscription period, and after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period and continue for an additional equivalent period, at Bameesh samar's apps's then-current price for such subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must sign into and go to the “Manage App Subscriptions” page in the Apple App Store at least 24 hours prior to the Renewal Commencement Date.

Significant Others

You understand and agree that in no event shall Bameesh samar's apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the application and the service.

If Bameesh samar's apps becomes aware of any possible violations by you of the Terms, Bameesh samar's apps reserves the right to investigate such violations.
