Before posting any content, you must ensure that you have full legal permission from the copyright owners. You are solely responsible for the media you repost.
If you violate copyright laws, you may be permanently banned from using the service. Any form of unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of access.
You agree that you will not upload or distribute content that is harmful, illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or infringes upon the rights of others.
You agree not to misuse the services in any way including but not limited to: hacking, spam, scraping data, impersonation, phishing, or software reverse engineering.
Automated tools, mass messaging, data crawling, or attempts to overload servers are strictly prohibited.
All payments made for Snowpex's apps are for service access only and are strictly non-refundable.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through the Apple App Store.
Snowpex's apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the application.
